Turning 65 2016 Cruise

What did you like best about the 2016 cruise?

Of course we all know one another, but I enjoyed sitting down with individuals and REALLY talking....finding out about their careers, their children and grandchildren.  Even though we are all very different, the common thread is belonging to the SHS Class of 69. We created many wonderful memories! - Shelley

The cruise was a wonderful chance to spend more time with classmates and really reconnect. Sometimes at the reunion there are so many people to talk to that you spend just a little time with lots of people.  The cruise gave us a chance to really enjoy each others company!  I also enjoyed the time away from Ohio weather! - Bev

The depth of our friendship and our ability to come together again  as if we had never traveled different roads.....never ceases to amaze me.  We are all so different and so much the same.  The sound of our laughter and the sharing of our tears makes me feel like I will always be on solid ground ...never far from the support of friends. :) It was fun!!! - Polly

What I liked best about the cruise was having the opportunity to laugh about our high school days, share meals together and feel the bonding love from everyone upon departing. We had so much fun, and I'm looking so forward to our 2018 cruise!  - Dianne

I really enjoyed getting to "reknow" my classmates and learn more about them. We had so much fun laughing! It was such a relaxing atmosphere and it worked out so well everyone doing what they wanted when they wanted and yet having plenty of together time. Kathy

What did I like best about our 2016 cruise? Let me see... I enjoyed breakfast and the warm sea breezes with my classmates while watching the ocean's waves dance joyfully by our ship. I enjoyed listening and telling embellished stories about our school days at Sidney High School. I liked closing my eyes, listening to music by the pool as the sun warmed my skin. What fun we had sitting together at the evening shows laughing and applauding the ship's performers. How much fun we had at the bars where we gathered and had fun talking about anything and everything. I had fun winning the zumba dance contest at Senor Frogs in Cozumel, Mexico against two zumba dance instructors from Miami, Florida. I enjoyed the waves gently rocking me to sleep at night. But what I liked best about our 2016 cruise was just being with my classmates. I hope more classmates can experience what we all did on our 2018 cruise. Tomorrow is promised to no one. Enjoy and celebrate life with friends today. - Rick
